2010 Tournament

Islay Beach Rugby Tournament, Saturday June 12th 2010

Register your team's interest now.

In order to obtain the highest standard of rugby the total number of participants is restricted to 32 teams.  22 mens and 10 ladies teams will be invited to play from those that have registered their interest by 28th February 2010. Invitations will be sent out in the first week of March. For 2010 an entrance fee of £100 per team is to be levied.

To register your club or your own team's interest, please email your request to the Islay Rugby Club President, Simon Coughlin, via email: simon@bruichladdich.com.

Remember, once you have received your invitation to play (unfortunately, not all applications will be successful) it is essential to book your travel plans immediately.  It is particularly advisable to book cars and minivans on the Calmac ferry, and your accommodation too if you are not camping, at the earliest possible opportunity.

There will be a dram or two at Bruichladdich distillery on Friday 11th June at 16.00, prior to the beach barbecue at Port Ellen.
